At Tienda Athletic Club, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all official tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center to enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the provided return authorization slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
